Build to Suit in Coors Technology Center
Ojala & Company is pleased to announce the completion of negotiations for the relocation of Pason Systems USA, Corp. The new Build to Suit location for Pason will be near the entrance to the Coors Technology Center in Golden, CO. The address for the new facility will be 16035 Table Mountain Parkway, Golden, CO, and be comprised of 51,700 square feet.
Pason is the acknowledged leader in providing state of the art remote monitoring services to the oil and gas industry. Pason Systems is headquartered in Canada.

SBSA, Inc. purchase of 5926 McIntyre Street, Golden CO 80403 Date of Closing: 5/21/2013
Ojala & Company represented the Buyer (SBSA, Inc.) in the purchase of an existing 14,932/SF office building at 5926 McIntyre Street in Golden, CO. This transaction required the assignment of SBSA’s current lease obligation to an adjoining tenant (Gaming Laboratories Inc., (GLI) in 4680 Table Mountain Dr., Golden CO, a building that Ojala & Company represents as exclusive listing agent. By taking SBSA’s space GLI expanded from 29,000/SF to approximately 39,000/SF. David Martin of Martin Real Estate represented the seller of the 5926 McIntyre Street property and represents GLI.
